The National  Council for people with disabilities in partnership with the Kenya Revenue authority will be conducting the tax exemption vetting exercise. The activity is slated from August-September 𝟐𝟎𝟐3, handling new applications, renewals and appeals from across the country.
This exemption is only available for persons with an income, hence why a latest payslip is one of the documents required by KRA. The mandate of the Council is only a secretarial role, which involves facilitating the exercise.
